“Even though no purchase was made today, the ladies here made us feel like a HIGHLY VALUED RETURNING CUSTOMER. We went looking today for a sewing machine and embroidery machine. Marci was wonderful at answering all questions and explaining the machines. Though it's quite a drive from our home in Bella Vista, we felt that a potentially expensive purchase would be worth the drive due to the GREAT customer service, cleanliness of the store, and pricing was exceptionally reasonable.”
“ETA: This store is still going strong in the customer service department, ten years later. I can buy almost everything they offer somewhere else, but I go here because I know I'll get competent, friendly help. Recently, Laurel in paint has gone WAY above and beyond, in addition to being wildly familiar with paint products, their behavior under various conditions, applications, etc. A+++++. This Home Depot on Joyce in Fayetteville has some of the best customer service of any store I have ever been to. We have been doing a major remodel, and the people in this store go out of their way to be friendly, attentive, and helpful. Art (flooring,) Aimee and Paul (paint,) Gina Doss and Teri (customer service,) and everyone else in this store are outstanding! We have never had any problems with our numerous purchases, special orders and returns. It is like night and day compared to the Lowe's that is closer to our house.
