I’ve been going to this clinic for several years. Today I had to wait in my car for 40min because they forgot about us. It was for a simple vaccination.

I have been going to Animal Medical Clinic for five years, and this last visit will be my last visit. I had to take my dog there for a blood bump in her ear. The first visit, they made me feel like there was over $500 worth of services needed. The very next day, the blood wbump was back in her ear. We were told she would have to have surgery. I spoke at length with the vet, telling her that we could not afford an expensive surgery, she assured me it would be under $280.00. The first exam (pre-surgery) they charged $113.40. The next visit (after they did the surgery) they charged $279.55. I said "I was told this would be under $280. The front desk people act like they do not know what they're doing, nor do they care. They tried to charge an addition $60 for bandage changes. I told them I would change the bandages myself. The three visits I had with them felt like they cared a lot more about how much they could charge us than making sure our dog was treated properly. VERY Dishonest, and unfortunately very unethical.

the only Dr I recommend at this clinic is Dr Champlain. communication is horrible at this clinic. I told the receptionist that I do NOT want my dog to have her shots because she has seizures & physically told the receptionist that she had a seizure after getting shots/nexgaurd and Dr Champlain advised to stay away from it, I go to pay & the other receptionist woman told me she was given two vaccines when she was their for a check up and flea meds ONLY.

My Buddy is so excited to see everyone that he likes to sit out the door and wait for them. Everyone is so caring and treats him like he is the only pet in the place. They take wonderful care of my dog! Thanks to all!

The staff at Animal Medical Clinic are truly Gods Angels. I have literally a small village of pets and fosters, and they only see this incredible staff. I love each and every one of them! And I am so blessed and thankful for all they do. With their combined knowledge, patience, love, and heart for what they do....I am thankful! And my babies are thankful! As furbaby parents, we get very emotional when it comes to our babies. And the family at Animal Medical Clinic knows, and understands this. They treat you like family, and treat your babies as if they were their own. Thank you so much for ALL each and everyone of you does to protect and help us and our furbabies. You are so appreciated!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!

Don't board your dog here! I have been taking my pets to Animal Medical Clinic for about 15 years. They have received good medical care. Three days ago I dropped off our dog for a check up and boarding. When my husband brought her home she immediately peed in the foyer a lot! She has never peed in the house. Then I noticed that she smelled really bad. Obviously she had not had her bath and pedicure that was scheduled. The bone that we had taken hadn't been chewed on and she

I am new to the area and I needed a vet as I found a lump on my dogs ear. I called Animal Medical Clinic. They got me in the next day and that made me very happy, They were very nice when I got there of course with covid they came out and got my dog, took her inside, and the vet called me fast and told me what the issue was and gave me her opinion of what we could do, she Lazard the spot off her ear and no problem. The cost was so reasonable from what I have paid in the past. All in all I will definitely be giving my business to this place for my dogs.I definitely recommend this place.

Of course I give a shout out to all of the essential workers, including doctors and nurses and anyone in healthcare really during this scary time. However, I CANNOT forget to express my gratefulness for all of the Veterinarians and Vet Techs as well. Those of us who are fur parents I’m sure will agree with me that we are so thankful for those that take care of people, but especially thankful for those who are there taking care of our fur babies. Sis has been on IV fluids for two days and I couldn’t be more thankful for @amcfayetteville, @lydjamc, Dr. Smith, and all the vet staff from answering the phone to assisting in care directly to take care of my girl. I appreciate you all with my whole heart, thank you for loving on and taking care of sweet Sis, and all other fur babies.

If you’re looking for professional, expert, quality & compassionate care for your beloved pets.....Animal Medical Clinic is the absolute best! My English Bulldog underwent emergency surgery at AMC this morning & doing amazingly well. Dr Mohler & Dr Smith delivered him & 7 other siblings 14 years ago! & still counting!

My dog came in for a teeth cleaning, and the doctors took good care of him and made sure he recovered from Anesthesia safely. That being said the support staff are not great...They were scattered and unorganized at check in with a very small waiting room. As a new client, it didn't inspire a lot of confidence in their work. Further, I called about the appointment and needed as much detail on costs as possible. I was briefed on the cleaning costs and any possible boarding-required vaccinations, as well as extraction costs (if necessary). Fair enough... What I was NOT informed of was a $50.00 general exam. They said a preliminary exam before the surgery was needed, but was complimentary with the procedure. That being said, my dog had already been examined a few months ago, and they had access to his medical records. They didn't even give me a summary of this "check up." It was just a blatant price-gouge. They also do not accept Pet Assure discount program. If not for the professional care, I wouldn't give this place more than two stars.

Dr Smith is wonderful! Patient and kind to my nervous puppy. She answered all my questions and was very helpful with getting our puppy healthy and strong. Kylie loves when we pull in to the driveway! Friendly staff and kind all around!
