From car purchase to every time I service my car, I love coming to Adventure Subaru! The staff is so helpful and nice. The facilities are perfect if you have to wait while getting your car serviced but it’s never for too long, they’ve always gotten me in and out quickly!

Love this dealership. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Shannon Boyett was a wonderful salesperson and worked with me and is still working with me. The Adventure Subaru in Fayetteville is totally awesome and I’d recommend them to anyone. I’ve told my family and friends that this is where you want to buy a car. Talk about the awesome customer experience of service!

Subaru was helpful and transparent when I bought my vehicle with them. They made the process as pain free as possible and have continued to answer questions even after my purchase. I worked with Stefan and he was great! It’s so nice to buy a vehicle and not feel like I was taken advantage of. Plus they make a fantastic car!

We have been to several different dealerships over the past few weeks while new car shopping. Crain Hyundai and Kia have a MAYBE 2 mile loop you can drive, period, on a test drive. The salesperson rides with you and makes sure you stay on their route. Our salesperson at Kia (Jorge) was great and super knowledgeable, but Brett and Chad at Adventure Subaru are our dudes.
Subaru scans your license and sends you off, no salesman telling you where you can drive, no set short route. You get to EXPERIENCE the car.
The staff are amazing. The whole dealership vibe is chill. There are complimentary drinks and snacks. There's a child's play area. Even when they are swamped, they are attentive and helpful.
We have test driven several cars at Adventure Subaru, including a few a few different times. There is no pressure and the sales staff doesn't work on commission.
Our salesperson is Brett and he is fantastic, friendly, patient and helpful. Chad has also been wonderful, even though he is a manager, not a salesperson. He took great care of us today when Brett wasn't working.
Just the incredible treatment here has convinced us to go with a Subaru. Now we just have to decide which model we want.

From the moment I drove into the service department, I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable service rep; he kept me informed throughout the service by texting me. At the end, we went over all the services, point by point. I even got a free car wash. All in all, a terrific experience!

I had a frustrating experience at this dealership while trying to finalize the purchase of a new Subaru Outback. The process was incredibly inefficient and ended up wasting my entire day. While salesman Dereck and the rest of the team were pleasant and professional, the finance manager, Chris, it appears his main focus seemed to be upselling an extended warranty rather than assisting with our actual purchase. Despite our clear intent to buy the vehicle, he wasted a lot of time pushing unnecessary add-ons. When I called to cancel the extended warranty and requested a refund of the sales tax, Chris initially refused. It was only after I threatened to involve an attorney that he agreed to process the refund. This experience was highly unprofessional and left me questioning the integrity of the dealership's sales practices. Speaking of which, I am still waiting on the dealership to cancel my extended warranty with the lender, problem still hasn’t solved yet. This is our first experience with local Subaru, unfortunately because of Chris, this will be our last time as well.
