I want to thank Ryan for setting up an account temporarily in our Bella Vista while we were renting for 2 months while waiting for home in Pea Ridge to be completed. Today, We moved into our new home. Ryan and Chancey came and set up a very top of the line hardwired and wireless system. 2 two ADT systems combined into one system. We have been with ADT 36 years and bought and sold our four houses. Excellent service and complete satisfaction in each home we used ADT.Best wishes from Michael and Susan Small

Absolutely the worst company!! I have been with them for 10 years and called to cancel my service and had to talk negative to the manger agent. I told her numerous times I was not interested in new promotions and then go so nasty about me not listening to her!! I was going to consider thinking about to new offer but after her negative attitude I went off and told her transfer me to the person that pushes the button she said it’s beneath her to be the one doing the cancellation. Hate I wasted my time with this company for so long!! NEVER CHOOSE THEM! Little so they know its 127 other families canceling and three franchises businesses that were about to sign on! They won’t miss the money from them but they won’t get it either!!

ADT uses predatory sales & customer service tactics. I’ve had nothing but headaches and regret after entering a contract with them. Even after following contract terms for cancellation perfectly, I’m still having payments auto drafted and am getting the run around from customer service and billing. Stay away!

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAMI never seen such an irresponsible company. All it is scam trying to steel as much money from customer. One of ADT vendor(Safe Street) reach out to me and sold service with 30day trail period and 7 initial free months. But they keep on charging from my account with out authorization from 1st month. I tried calling and asking to cancel my trail services as they cheated me with service. They are not even trying to help us instead they are asking to reach out to vendor who are not responding properly at all. But finally adt is charging from account without my authorization.Never Ever get adt service.

What ever you do do not buy an ADT security system!!!!!!They are the worst company to deal with for customer service!!! I have been calling and calling. The only way to get someone to come to fix the broken system they installed is to pay them $60. They have come out to fix it before and it is still broken!! That is now $120 . We already pay them $150 + a month. There is aparrently no warranty on the system. Again DO NOT BUY ADT!!!!THIS PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT EVEN WORK IN GOOGLE MAPS!

I am having a very bad experience with ADT. I cancelled my service on Feb 2022. They have the notes on the account however today being May 2023, I am being charged monthly for the service that I am neither using or living to the address. When I call the ADT, I am being circled back and forth between Account Services, Billing Departments, Supervisors however, I am not getting a proper answer about the dispute for over months.

They do a professional installation but then you can not get a person on the phone that can speak english even as a second language. You can not call the stores because they do not accept calls from a personal phone or business phone. As soon as I can get anything else I'm gone!

I told the adt salesman I needed 6 cameras he said no problem and I needed phone notifications he said OK I installed all conduit I wasn't home when he finished it I only had 4 cameras the date and time was wrong no phone notifications when I called that was the installers last day working there and the salesman don't work there I got a new phone and needed help putting the app on my new phone the guy on the phone was disgustingly rude to me I am so upset I don't recommend anyone do business with this company

We had a team from our local ADT office show up at our front door at 7pm, dinner time, on a Tuesday. When I answered the door, I told them that we weren’t interested. They said they were just here for our walk through, and acted as though we should have been told at our closing that we had a $2000 credit with ADT. We let them into our home and shouldn’t have, as all of that seems not to have been true. It was a sales call. When we tried to clarify that it was a sales call, the lead salesman acted offended. The trainee, who I think was named Mitch, was lovely— friendly and warm, and not in charge of the dishonest approach his supervisor took. When I asked the supervisor to email me a copy of the contract terms if he wanted me to consider them, he acted like that was an insane request and said he’d never tried to email them to anyone before. He spent a long time trying to get his own ADT app to redownload on his phone because it wasn’t loading correctly, and complained about the quality of our internet.The 30 minutes we spent with them were disturbing enough that we’ve talked about it for days. Neither salesman left a card or any way to contact them or their office, which left us feeling frightened that they weren’t who they said they were. It was a truly terrible experience, and I hope ADT doesn’t put anyone else through it.Needless to say, we aren’t interested in pursuing a home security contract with ADT.

Camera not working 2 weeks after install. 8 months down the road still has not been fixed. Still takes hours to get them on the phone. Buy this service if you like wasting money, i can promise you will not even use the vaseline

THEIR GOOGLE RATING SPEAKS FOR ITSELF!!!ADT is an absolute scam as far as I am concerned. Called Christmas Eve and wanted 3 cameras, their doorbell, and 8 sensors for my windows and doors. The sales rep and I reached an agreement that totaled out to be $1200 for the equipment. The tech shows up and is told to install 1 camera, 3 door and window sensors, and a smoke alarm. Much less then what was agreed upon between the sales rep and I on Christmas Eve. They refuse to honor what was agreed on over the phone. I even advised them to go back and listen to the recording which they said they would for “coaching purposes” but wouldn’t be honoring any price that I was told by the sales guy. I spoke to everyone they would let me talk to. They refuse to transfer calls to management. Terrible company to do business with and clearly by all the other reviews on here I’m not the only one that feels this way.***EDIT****Response for Mazen,I spoke to everyone I was able to. Even spoke to Julius at the corporate office. He refused to honor the price I was told over the phone so I asked to speak to his boss which he declined and proceeded to tell me there is no one above him that can do any more for me then him. He then said “I have the ability to give you the equipment if I wanted to and not get in trouble, but I’m not going to honor the price the sales rep gave you”. An email isn’t going to do anything. ADT is a Scam and clearly a lot of people feel the same way. Just go the Better Business Bureau website and you will find multiple complaints.
