I purchased a vehicle from A&A recently and was less than impressed. For one I had to replace a wheel barring within a week of the purchase. I bought the vehicle on a Wednesday and went out of town for the rest of the week. I was told at the time of purchase that the title was in Springdale and would take a few days to get it. That was fine as I said I was going out of town. I took the day off on that following Monday to take care of tax, tag, and title. Upon getting to the dealership I was told that the title wasn’t ready. Apparently it takes several days to fill out the three lines required to sell a vehicle. To say I was upset would be an understatement.

We bought a car a month ago and the owner payed the remainder of our down deposit that way we could leave with insurance , and still made sure we got the car we wanted until we were able to pay him back , we had a couple of minor issues that was understanding with the price of the vehicle that Sam the owner also helped with fixing , Judy is also a really good sales representative and makes it easy as possible for you, even as busy as she is . this company really does strive to help the best that they can to get you in a reliable car , very understanding and they care a lot about their business.

Terrible experience These guys are sharks that will boot ticket your car without giving you proper information on how to contact them. Wouldn’t go there with a 100 ft pole Be careful in downtown Fayetteville as they will needlessly come after and rob your money even if you pay for a parking spot
