9round is seriously changing my life. As someone with many health issues, requiring me to have consistent working out, this has been just the perfect answer. They curate workouts for you, and then motivate you on top of that! Not to mention, a college student with a busy schedule like me definitely has a hard time finding time to workout, but with 9round I don’t have to plan my day around a workout class. My workout is planned around my day which I love! The feeling after a 9round workout is also insane. I leave feeling fresh and replenished. Brandy and Shelly are amazing! Two of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. I know I always worry about judgements when working out, especially with a trainer. They make it such a safe space, while encouraging you to push your limits, still respecting your boundaries! I LOVE 9round.

As someone who doesn’t enjoy class times but loves a difficult workout, this is a perfect gym location. The owner Brandy and the trainers make an effort to know your training style and how to push you. Plus getting to learn kickboxing techniques is a huge plus!

I can’t say enough good things about 9Round! I’ve been a member for 4 years now and I can honestly say this is the only workout that I’ve been able to stick with consistently! The workout is different everyday so you won’t get bored. There are no set class times, just show up when you can during their business hours and you’ll be able to get started! And best of all, it is a GREAT workout in only 30 minutes — perfect for anyone with a busy schedule! Also the trainers are wonderful, they are super friendly and really help you get the most out of your workout no matter your fitness level.

9Rounds is a fun gym with amazing trainers. I have been going to this gym for a few years because the workouts are challenging and change daily. I enjoy that there are no specific class times, you just show up. The trainers genuinely care about the members and I would recommend this gym to anyone.

This gym is a full body HIT workout and most importantly I don't have to wait for class times. The trainers are great and work around sore shoulder, knees, and various other injuries to keep you coming back. Having trainers who motivate you and build you up keeps me coming to this gym. Fitness isn't a sprint, it's a marathon.

I have been a member for almost 3 years. 9 Round Kickboxing Fitness is a good fun workout that changes daily and works the entire body. It is a nice combination of having a workout class and a personal trainer without having to wait to for a scheduled time. I love that I can just walk in and start my workout when I'm ready. The trainers are awesome! They keep me motivated and heart rate up(even on the days I'm not feeling it?)

9round kickboxing is a challenging yet fun workout environment! I’ve gained a lot from the 30 min workouts mentally and physically. I’ve been going for about 5 months and will continue to be a member! I recommend this place to anyone looking for flexibility and great workout plans.

Such a FUN workout! It’s a clean, upbeat environment. The trainers are awesome! Knowledgeable, kind, and motivating. It’s nice showing up and the workout is already planned for you. It’s a challenge for sure, but worth it when it’s so much fun too. :)

An amazing place with Fantastic Trainers. Every time I come here to workout my heart rate watch tells me I’ve burned the same amount of calories in 30 minutes as I did for jogging for over an hour. Its an exciting spin with the implementation of kickboxing, weights, and body weight exercises!
