Literally horrible customer service, and wait time.I waited almost two hours, and I had to call them. Just for him to say he’ll be another hour and a half. “My bad sir I should have called” cmon man tighten all the way up.

The person answering the phone was friendly and professional. The truck came in about an hour and hooked my car up to take to the shop, no problems. Whoud call again.

A car got stuck in the ditch by my house. The driver asked me to help push her out. No luck. 1st response towing was the first person to pop up on Google, communication was excellent and the price was even better, once compared to other price quotes. Thank you. Your driver did an excellent job pulling that girl’s car out of the ditch. No long wait time when we called. I think it took apx. 20 minutes or little less for driver to show up. Avoid the hassle & call 1st response towing when in need!

This company is a godsend, they all have angels working here. I give them a five-star rating they helped me and my husband in our worst times, that has happened to the two of us so far while being together. Guys thank you and bless you so much may y'all be blessed tenfold for helping people like us

Fantastic towing service! Quoted a 45 minute wait, truck showed up in 20-25 minutes. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly. The man and woman who towed my car were also super friendly. Best of all, I paid what I was quoted, not a cent more. Great people and great company!

There is a reason this company is so highly rated. My daughter's car broke down on the interstate on her birthday and we are from out of town. I was nervous about being taken advantage of being a woman when you hear about this stuff happening all the time but that was not the case. They worked with me on a great payment. The two people that I talked to were very pleasant. I appreciate everything they did for us. This is an excellent company. I highly recommend.

Let's be honest: No one wants to call a towing company. It's never a good thing! But, everyone knows that, when you're going through a bunch of ish, kindness always stands out in the best possible way. I don't know if 1st Response Towing is the absolute best towing company in northwest Arkansas. I do know it is the one I will call and recommend from here on out. When I was on my 4th hour of phone calls, trying to arrange a tow, Lindsey's kindness brought me to actual tears of relief. She just took care of everything. Stress was instantly gone! Then, there's Tri. I freaking love Tri. Not only did he drive from Fayetteville to Russellville to collect my vehicle, but he also allowed me to ride back with him. That was particularly helpful, as no rental cars were available and I would have been stranded 2 hours from home had it not been for him. He worked quickly and efficiently, was professional and easygoing, and put my frazzled nerves at ease. Not much makes you feel better after a car accident. Tri managed to actually brighten my day, and I am so thankful. I cannot say enough good things about this company; the quality of their employees speaks volumes about the company's worth. If you're unfortunate enough to find yourself in the position of needing a vehicle towed, I hope you're fortunate enough to find this gem.

1st Response agreed to send a tow truck to my location when my vehicle broke down and my insurance company contacted them. However, 1st response cancelled and left me on the side of the road for 4 hours until another provider sent a truck.
