I visited this post office and it was my first time mailing anything from the post office so I didn’t know what to do but the clerk was able to help me step by step. She was extremely helpful and she did amazing. I don’t remember her name but she was there on Saturday right before closing. She better get a raise!

Not the most courteous service via the phone. And the carries for my home mail delivery are so lazy. The hardly ever put a package at my door instead it's way down nearer my driveway. They get paid more then what they are worth. Awful!

Horrible service! This post office is constantly and consistently not delivering my parcels on Saturdays! It is absolutely maddening! I have had to go pick my own packages up from them on many occasions! Though, the tracking clearly shows packages are "out for delivery"! Not only can you not fix stupid, you can't fix lazy either! Every contributing human in this country is done hearing about pandemic caused employee shortages! B.S.! It's pure laziness and nothing more!Edit: Still not delivered! It is now Monday at 4:55 pm! I urge any and all of you to avoid using this post office! I will be paying more to have my parcels shipped with anything other than usps in the future and praying that my tax dollars go to a more quality service! Vote wisely! We really no longer need to fund a mail service with our tax money! It is the year 2022, just in case anyone was unaware!

I live in Fayetteville, but always drive to Farmington to avoid the lines. The folks here are extremely friendly and always get me taken care of in a timely manner!

No phone number to call the place.. instead I have to fight with an automated bot for 20 minutes until it puts me on hold. I wanted to speak to MY location because I had 2 packages today... 1 got shipped and the other is missing. Both from USPS. Both ordered from Amazon at the same time. Both left the same facility. Both arrived in farmington at the same time... but one isn't here. Wanted to call and ask what is up but I cant. I have issues almost every time I order something through USPS. The only reason they don't get a 1 star is because they always help me when I'm shipping things, as I am very new to shipping out items.

Always helpful, efficient and customer oriented. Even had a package delayed for a while. Posted a concern with it on the usps site and got a personal call from our local hometown clerk.

The United States Postal Service employees have always been efficient and kind. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. And don't forget your stamps. And it's always very clean so appreciative.
