The property manager / owner offers a safe, clean, quiet environment that provides comfort you can not buy. Grounds are clean and there is no loitering. The community, visitors and common faces alike, are courteous. Grounds in close proximity many retailers as well....five stars guaranteed.

2022-This is a small, 24 spot, RV park with mostly permanent residences. My experience has been nothing but good. I have spoken with Brittany on many occasions and she has worked hard to accommodate me and my RV. Thanx much and I'll see you in the spring. 2023- They have continued improving, cleaning and all around making this little spot more appealing. Keep up the good work all.

i stayed at Ozark canopy for over a year where numerous of times I was told that I would have to pay for things if they were broke again like the water Spicket when it froze multiple times, my electricity and water was shut off without being told, and now my deposit my rent was always on time. My area was always clean so not to return a deposit it’s just poor business

Don't trust them they do you wrong they are Liars and they tell you one thing intil you get in then they change it up on you.Not a good place to live. It's not family friendly or pet friendly. They are bunch of crooks I live here for two years and they me hell ever since I live here.

I am sad to see the 1 star review by Ann. The Farmington location is very nice. There is literally a gate that opens up to the park where dogs can be walked. The boat storage and additional parking do seem like good ideas, however the Farmington location just does not have the space to offer this. There is also a nice new storage facility right across the street that offers boat storage and storage for shed items. A brand new Laundry Mat opened up about 2 minutes away as well.I have to admit that I am very glad that I do not have to pull or back in a camper or 5th wheel but there have been a number of 45 ft. plus campers that have stayed just fine. This is a wonderful place to stay and improvements are a continuous project. Thank you for the feedback.

This campground is way overpriced &Crowded with not even bathroom/shower facilities. It’s more of a gravel road with seasonal sites for working people. No decent walking spots if you have pets. ? smh

The owner or property manager is really nice and I think they are reasonably priced. I just wish there were more trees to muffle the road noise (I work nights) and to cast shade because it gets hot from the rising sun.

Great place to stay. The management is super helpful and friendly. The area is beautiful. It was nice and quiet and there is a park within walking distance. It is right off the main drag but it feels more like you are immersed in nature. I highly recommend for all your RVing needs.
