“Bought three herbs and they looked bad after a week. I went in and showed them to a young lady at the counter and asked for help. She said the plants were covered with bugs and tried to sell me some triple use plant med spray. Well,.. that's an amazing marketing tool....sell plants, with bugs, and then sell the cure. Won't be returning.”

I still have the wrong set almost 1 month later & now they want to recharge me $1600 to actually receive the correct item, after being blown off 4 different times of them saying they would deliver the correct items. they also want to charge me $79 to come & pick up the wrong items. Mike Rutledges boss needs to know how ridiculous, difficult & negligent this company & process has been.
