Chad was awesome! He really listened to what I needed and came in hero style when other dealerships were just money hungry. Chad helped me find exactly what I needed and wanted! Chad has taken great care of walking me through everything so I felt comfortable driving away. He treats you how you’d want your daughter treated. They treat you like family here at Lewis Automotive Farmington, I would know since they have sold to all of us including my parents and my son multiple times.

My girlfriend and her sister have both bought vehicles from this company over the last 5 months. Both times it has taken 2 months for them to get the title. They always have excuses and never produce results. They also never return phone calls. They are happy to sell you the vehicle and take your money but could care less about helping you get the paperwork needed so that you are legal to drive it.

They added a years worth of payments in the finance room. They told me warranty would only add 20 to payments. I get payment book and it has 12 more months than we agreed on. This was first and last car from lewis ford.

this company scammed my boyfriends parents. it’s a shame. i’m just trying to warn others before they get scammed and don’t have a vehicle. they had issues immediately after getting the vehicle. they sell cars that will get you off the lot, just to give out on you right after.

Chad was awesome once again, he’s very knowledgeable and when he’s done walking you through a car there’s very little left to question if anything. He treats you like friend or family, not just a number. We will continue shopping here in the future. Chad handles everything very professionally, we already knew what we wanted and he helped us make sure that it was the right choice. The paperwork and financial side of things is fast and easy, everyone is very transparent. They will help you get the best deal possible, believe that. They have fair trade in prices as well, that’s one thing I was worried about but I didn’t need to be, I got more than I thought I would for my trade anyway.
