If you are not a past customer who has bought guns from them before, you go back to the end of the line for help. May be great for those customers, but not great for those considering being customers. I needed help attaching a new replacement handguard on a rifle of mine, and since they were the closest gunsmith I could find. Decided to try them before purchasing two semi-automatic pistols I planned to get within the month. Replacing the guard would just take minutes, but as each customer entered the shop, I was put further back in line. After waiting for nearly an hour, decided they were too busy and not that interested in helping me, and left. Will take my business to Ozark Armory in Springdale.

Excellent gun shop. David is one of, if not the, best machinist and gunsmith in the country. Very well stocked in several parts for just about anything. Shelves full of parts and inventory. Reloading supplies, powder, dies, new and used brass, etc. Ammo, long guns, pistols, scopes, bases, etc. Nothing but the best! Once or twice did they not have a part i needed. And some were very oddball parts. Highly recommended!
