I’m so glad I was referred to Clayton to replace carpet in my home. I’ve never been through this process before and didn’t know what to expect. Billy and Rick were great! I never felt pressured or like I was bothering them with my million questions. I felt informed, educated and guided through the process. Billy was so wonderful in keeping in touch with me and letting me know what was going on. Their team removed my old carpet and put all new padding and carpet in 4 rooms in 4 hours and cleaned up all their mess. Billy called me the next day to make sure everything went well. This was really a great experience and very easy.
