“Depends entirely on who you talk to, some are very knowledgeable of insurance needs/regulations, some are not. As long as you are aware of your specific needs and call until you speak to someone that knows how to apply what you need, it's very affordable and convenient. The only downside is sometimes you have to call multiple times until you speak to someone that knows what they are doing”
