I opened a checking account with them last year, I was never told that if I didn’t use the debit card I would be charged for it. I had under $60 dollars and they stole that and on top of that I was charged $103 in fee’s for not using the damn card. They even sent my account to collections…. That’s not right! NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!!!!!

Personally, we have banked with Arvest for 5 years. We moved and started a business account with the bank 2.5 years ago and have a strong relationship. Friendly & helpful folks. Online In person & phone

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because Arvest should recognize that most people work on the weekdays. So on the weekends, especially after Friday was a Holiday and the bank was closed, that people need to handle their business then and not have people wait for 45 mins-1.5 hrs to just to open a checking account because you only have 1 person doing that on one of the busiest days. People have more important things to do on the weekends then wait that long to handle business. Maybe cross train someone that is at the counter to help in that department as well. Because some of the time I was waiting, FOUR people were standing around doing nothing. Waste of time and efficiency. People here are nice and friendly so nothing personally against them because they are great actually! Skye Main was quick with my business and super sweet, considering the type of business I was handling at that time. I blame the lack of respect with customers time on upper management with their lack of efficiency and time management skills. Thinking of choosing another bank because by the other reviews I've read, it isn't just me that they waste time with.

Luke Fleming and Matt Akins did a fabulous job with my loan needs. They were able to assist when I didn’t think it was possible. Luke was able to get me a good rate of 6.xx% ???? I’m so thankful for the Arvest team!

Why is the bank closed at 8am in the morning? Obviously this is not a bank for the working people in Arkansas. Since when did you move your opening hours from 7am to 9am? This is false advertising. Go back to the normal hours. I decided on this bank because you guys had hours where you were open from 7 in the morning to 7 in the evening. I'll be searching around for another bank.

On hold for 10 minutes to get a call back just to get ahold of someone for a potential mortgages loan. I called an independent mortgage lender while on hold with Arvest and got a call back and was able to get a loan quote before I even got the call back from the automated system. Still waiting for a call back from someone that can help me from Arvest….

Not overly friendly & if you're in a hurry, forget about it. 30 minute wait with no luck to talk to the manager. Not a professional way to do business.
