Nice and clean, just was surprised, 2nd place I stopped in in Eureka and no one said hello, just seem unhappy or into phones. For a tourist spot, I truly thought I would run into more southern hospitality

Got told I couldn't get gas 20 minutes before closing time and they locked the doors. Self entitled to say the least. No other places to get gas at night time.

First, I will start by saying the cashier who rang up my purchase caused me to struggle with the nicest way to describe her version of customer service. I'm not kidding when I say her facial expression seemed to convey, I'm just here for the paycheck, I don't like people, get out. She made sure not to smile or be pleasant. When I needed assistance at the gas pump first she ignored me and then when she did finally help me she was mean about it. On the plus side, Rapid Roberts had a clean women's restroom, a lemonade fountain right next to the brewed tea (hello Arnold Palmer!) and provided the fuel I needed in my car to exit this beautiful, steep, crooked, curvy town.

I drive across town to grab coffee and a breakfast sandwich most mornings. One morning all the sandwiches were already gone and Lori offered to heat one up for me. Thank you Lori, you and Bob rock.

The employees are not wearing masks and also 3 of them behind the counter that do not live with one another. They also served a man with no mask. The state mandates that unless you live together you either wear a mask or are 6 feet apart. Neither of this is happening. I will not go back.

I was a preferred customer. But I won't be back. Prices are to high and who wants to be treated in that way. I used to spend 10000+ per year here but you'll never see another dime of my money. Very rude experience and to be accused of steeling, I don't think so. Your not the only gas station in town. I get better prices and better fuel from tads. And when all is done. It's have a nice day. Not stick around I'm about to call the police. Some serious employee issues here. No worries. Bye bye

My wife and I came here after a very dissapointing stop at another gas station. We were on a romantic vacation and needing some late night munchies, and found plenty to eat and drink! Even better was the company of their employee Chris. He is very sweet, funny, helpful and friendly and we greatly enjoyed his company during our visit.

I love rapid Robert's they r so friendly and helpful cheap gas prices and lots of zoozoos and wamwams. The store is kept very clean and I enjoy being able to use their rapid Robert's point card free sodas gas and lots lots more
