I love all the things I have bought over the years. My favorites are over 20 blown glass hot air balloons

My mom and I also pop into Iris when we are in downtown Eureka Springs. The same lady who helped us during our last visit was behind the counter and she was just as helpful and pleasant as last time. Most of the same artists had items on display. My mom spotted a gorgeous necklace in one of the cases. It was made up of three brass disks, coated with enamel on one side in three different blues. It was extremely unique. Also I spotted a variety of glass ornaments hanging near the front windows. They came in a several different shapes and sizes. They even had witch balls. I bought three different ones because I knew I would be upset if I didn’t leave with them. Great place to look around. Be warned, it is still an expensive place to shop.

This shop is one of my must visit places when I’m in Eureka Springs. Everything in the shop is like a work of art but the prices are very high. I did find a couple of little ceramic signs that I really liked and just had to have as the lady working said they would not be reordering them. Most of the large items and the jewelry are a tad overpriced, but you cannot find the same stuff anywhere else.

The works and artists at Iris are amazing. So much too choose from and perhaps something for all tastes and wallets. The staff is a great help and offers wonderful insights. They were also helpful enough to mail a gift for me and it arrived on time and was well appreciated. I will certainly return and see what magical works are available in the future.

This place was a highlight of our trip. Great customer service and walked away with a unique Pete the Cat print. The history of the artist was very interesting in relation to Eureka Springs!

This is such a great store with lots of local talent represented. It’s a great place to get something locally unique to have to commentate your trip to Eureka. We always find something great. Everyone is the store is always a great help and does a wonderful job telling the stories of the local artists showcased there.

Very quaint shop located in the heart of Downtown Eureka Springs. The shop is full of local artists work, as well as very unique items. Prices were very reasonable.

I traveled to Eureka Springs in April with my daughter and aa friend. We visited the iris as we do every trip. I have made purchases there before and have been happy but unfortunately this trip was different. I purchased a ring that has Swavarski crystals in between two pieces of glass. The lady at the store told me that I should not shower in it and I should not use lotions while wearing it. Unfortunately I have discovered that there is apparently no kind of seal on the two pieces of glass. I can't even rinse something at the kitchen sink and splash some water without water getting in between the two pieces of glass. I called the store and talk to the sales lady. She said that she would get back with me after talking with the owner but did not. She also told me that she had told me that no water could get on the ring at all, but that was not the case. I called back about a month later and asked to talk to the owner of the store who called me. He said that he would do some checking and get back with me. It has been over a month with no contract back from him. After this experience I will be very hesitant to buy anything else here as I now know that they will not stand behind their product.

The Iris at the Basin is one of of the coolest stores in downtown Eureka. They always have different items and things you won't find elsewhere in town. I was really drawn to the Pete the Cat items, especially the prints but at $40 a pop it was a tad too pricy for my taste. I have items that I have bought there before and I am sure I will go back again and buy more.
