“Charles and I have stayed several times at Eureka Sunset Cabins. The latest was bringing in the new year of 2024. We stayed in the DuckInn Suite which was exceptionally clean, pleasant and comfortable. There was no TV in bedroom which gave us more time to talk without distractions. The parking for this particular unit is not handicap accessible but it still worked for us. The Innkeeper, David is always so kind, and goes above and beyond to accommodate his guest. We were even allowed to come in a day early which really helped us on our travels. I would recommend this place to anyone needing to reboot, refresh, and revive. We count it a blessing to go from 12/30/2023 to 01/03/2024 at Eureka Sunset. We look forward to our return.Noteworthy details: Rooms are exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We literally had all the amenities of home while being away from home.”

“Absolutely loved my experience here. Food was amazing. Views were stunning. People were super friendly. For my birthday dinner I actually got to ride in a limo and didn't even ask for it the cab service I had ordered during the afternoon remember me telling him that I was going out to celebrate my birthday by myself and he brought me a limo. Would love to go back again soon.Rooms: Breathtaking room was with jetted tub. Beautiful and comfortable bed. Even had a fireplace in my room. Balcony where .y breakfast and coffee was delivered and delicious ?Nearby activities: So much to see. Stunning lights and decorations for Christmas. Stepping back into an old world feeling. Amazing shopping breathtaking views with stunning old world charm.Safety: Definitely safe friendly environment. As a single woman I felt very comfortable and safe.Walkability: I actually walked 5 miles of historic town and grabbed lunch.Food & drinks: Food is exceptional anywhere I ate at that's for sure. Would definitely recommend Ermilos to anyone wanting true Italian food.”

“It’s a quiet, “no frills” place. The rooms are clean and the place is taken care of. I enjoyed the stay and the restaurant is excellent! The food is authentic and absolutely wonderful!Food & drinks: The restaurant is as authentically Bavarian as you can get. The owner is Czechoslovakian but the food is German/Czech, the area she’s from is right in the border, so it’s authentic cuisine. I lived 3 years in Bavaria so I was really excited to eat there, I was NOT disappointed at all! It was like being able to take a short trip back to Southern Bavaria and Augsburg. The bratwurst was just awesome (she makes them herself), I had to have the jaegerschnitzel and it was a delight!”

“My husband and I took a quick couples trip to the Crescent Hotel after hearing about it on YouTube. We went to just experience something new, and we are so happy we did. It was like taking a Time Machine back to the 1880s. The hotel is beautiful and the history is fascinating. I am a sucker for anything paranormal where my husband is more into history and architecture, so this hotel had a little bit of everything for each of us. The food was delicious, the service and the people were very hospitable, and the ghost tour was outstanding. Not to mention they have scheduled activities throughout the day and a shuttle to take you to Eureka Springs. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommended!!”

“So, so cool, went into this old Victorian home renovated into for fantastic hotel roomsthey left the keys for uswe walked up the staircase on a cold night entered our toasty, cozy room which had a fireplace going and music playing softly playing in the background. On our drive down I kept on falling asleep but it was able to make a yummy cup of Gourmet Keurig coffee and real creamers in the refrigerator. A generous wraparound balcony and if wasn't enough an ample amount of bath salts to pour into your Jacuzzi bath ,full swing vaporizer going also!! Can you say,,,, spa treatment?The best place ever ❤I will be back to explore more.”

“My wife and I had been on the road for several hours when we finally pulled into your property. We were greeted by Dustin. He was nice and had a great sense of humor. After telling us about the hotel, we asked him to see a room and he was more than happy to show us around. It's really nice to see customer service still alive at your hotel!”

“One of the affordable options in Eureka springs and there's a parking lot in front of the Hotel.The staff ensured/followed up, we checked in fine as we have arrived little late and guided through all amenities in the room.Shower wasn't working in Room but the staff wasn't available in morning and we had checkout. The staff shall be available from 10am - 9pm only if any assistance required.Still will consider this place as one of the options to stay in Eureka springs”

“We love the location of Wishing Star cottage. One of the bedrooms is really small but that didn't bother us. We have been back multiple times now and can't wait to go again. The location is awesome and the view of Christ of the Ozarks is the icing on the cake.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We loved having a room right by the indoor pool. Very convenient for our son. The breakfast was filling and delicious! The movies and popcorn by the pool was a nice added bonus. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again!”

“This is my new favorite place, what a pleasure to have gotten a 90 massage from Magpie. She was so kind and welcoming and her technique was perfect. We stayed at the Palace and the rooms were CLEAN, well maintained and quite beautiful, and all have a giant bath in each room!The staff was so nice and accommodating. Especially Clay. Parking was not an issue at all, I can’t wait to come back!”

“Quaint and cozy. Loved the spa tub, perfect getaway. Very quiet and relaxing. Rooms could’ve used some curtains as it was extremely bright in the room at 6:30 am not great for wanting to sleep in and relax for vacation. Great location right on the trolley line and within walking distance to the downtown. Back parking lot does have a lot of stairs up to the hotel so if you need to be dropped off at the front. Never saw anyone who worked there though and we did have some questions but the number that we called was automated and no one ever answered. We would stay again due to the value and the rooms and spa bathtub.”

“Absolutely fantastic hotel experience. I have never said that before and I traveled for work for 11 years. Cris was fantastic even though we arrived very very late, he greeted us and took care of our needs with a smile. Emily in housekeeping let us take a peek at the different types of rooms and I can honestly say they are all amazing. No two are exactly the same. The history of the hotel is incredible. The whole town is wonderful and our experience at the Grand Central made it even more wonderful. I will say one more thing in the evening we cracked our door open and listened to the music from downstairs a little close dancing and it was the end to a perfect day. “We hosted our daughter’s wedding reception here last week. Glorious! Susan is amazing and she is your go to for booking the ballroom as well as other services. Susan is your new best friend! The food was wonderful and we had special dietary needs for some guests, which were awesome! Every single person from Basin Park Hotel was absolutely wonderful! Many of our guests stayed here as well and the rooms are comfortable and cozy. I just can’t say enough about the staff. I’m so thrilled we had the reception here! I truly feel Basin Park Hotel is such a special place with a special and talented group of people contributing to the great work they all do! Looking forward to a spa trip soon! ?”
