I only come here if I have to n then only if I need a few things. There is stuff scattered everywhere. And they will be o some items at least 2 to 3 times more than u can buy else where. If u only need to 1 or 2 2 x 4"s then go ahead but u can go to bi store n get 3 for 1 on all lumber. Anyway they are ther n use them for convenience.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've seen. Girl at the front can't even speak. We're obviously looking for something and still nothing. Hope someone puts them out of business and I never feel that way about small business.

What happened to the old staff of nice helpful guys? Now it’s just some rude girl that can’t even say hello or thank you after a purchase. I used to enjoy shopping here, now I’ll go elsewhere for better service with a friendly attitude.

I bought $1500 for pressure treated 2x6 lumber to replace the boards on my deck. I was not allowed to look at the boards prior to delivery. My contractor told me that the boards had lots of knots. He would not install because of his reputation. I called “Shane “ the manager to come and pick up the boards. I was told that they would pick up the boards. After 2 weeks and many call, no action. I have turned this over to my credit card company. Please be careful when you buy from this company.
