I contacted Justin with Friendly Glass in February to install a shower door for our bathroom remodel. I received a quote for the job and in the quote was specified the color for the hardware and was also informed it may take longer as the hardware color I wanted was on back order. I communicated with Justin that I was fine waiting but I wanted that exact color. Justin calls me in March ad informs me they received the correct color and schedules me for the install. They install the door and also install the incorrect color hardware. I informed him of the mistake and asked for this issue to be resolved. It is now September and they dodge my calls as well as my boyfriends calls, I’ve left voicemail after voicemail and no response. I finally called them using a friends phone number and they “cannot fit me in their schedule” and then quoted me a new price of $650 to fix THEIR mistake. I am extremely disappointed with their company, professionalism and would never recommend them due to their negligence and lack of concern for completely the job correctly. I was understanding with them when the mistake happened but they have done nothing to resolve the issue.

My back car window was vandalized before Thanksgiving. My car is too old to order replacement glass, so I had to get one from a salvage yard. These awesome people said they would put it in for me. Very friendly, just as their name says. The cost was very reasonable also. If I need any glass work in the future these folks are getting my business! They walked me through what to do and not do while everything was curing. Awesome people!!

Tried to get storm windows from them months ago. Finally gave up. Cumbersome to deal with them and find them completely unresponsive. I have friends in town still waiting on their storm windows after eight months.

Although they are an auto glass company, they replaced a shattered window on our fifth wheel RV with a temporary plexiglass panel so we could reliably tow it back home in MN when we could get our RV dealer to replace it with a new window frame.
