I was in Eureka Springs for a convention, heading back to Kansas the next day, and my alternator went out. Fred took the time to fix it even though he was backed up with work. He saved me $ on parts and labor. Stand up guy. Thank you Fred!

I've been there a few times now for myself and a friend. You can't go wrong with this shop. Fred and the employees, I have dealt with, have been Honest, professional and knowledgable. very reasonable rates as well. They went above and beyond for the master cylinder and rear brake work I had done recently on my 97 silverado...There were some issues, from previous work, but they figured it all out. The mechanic took 15 minutes and explained everything they did, answered all my questions including the bleeding process on these trucks which is a bit different.

Fair prices and they can fix all kinds of cars! Preferably Japanese but all kinds! Sometimes there will be a wait, but if its between that and taking your foreign car to a dealership outside of warranty it is well worth the wait.
