Randomly walked into Eureka Charcuterie, and was greeted by the owner who described and served each sausage. Absolutely impressed with every flavor, it was difficult to decide each one… Definitely recommend and will come back for more. We purchase the Pumpkin Spice Thx!

We got the buffalo hot wing and hot chorizo. Both were great. Scott was great with questions and samples. Definitely recommend.

We visited Eureka Charcuterie about a month ago. We brought home some of the house-made sausage. I have to tell you, the Spicy Curry sausage is one of the top 20 best things I've ever eaten.
