Unbelievably disappointing, if you don’t have the ability to work on a certain car, I can respect that, but leave your pride behind and be honest and just say “we can’t do it, we don’t know what we’re doing, we don’t know how to get parts” I was over charged, parts were lost and a simple job took a pathetic amount of time. They didn’t care to give a timeline, did not provide customer service. Their customer service was AWFUL!!!!!! No communication with the cars actual owner. Took advantage, and lied to an elderly woman who has done business with them for YEARS! If you are a female, take a male with you, due to aggressiveness by one of the male employees. I do not know his name, but I am in the process of getting it. He tried to keep me from getting my door closed by PHYSICALLY PULLING MY WINDOW, and PLACING HIS FEET TO WHERE I COULD NOT GET MY DOOR CLOSED to try to intimidate a FEMALE customer, and prove a point. My cars windows are different due to having a soft top. He grabbed my window at the top, and pulled with such FORCE that I am now having trouble rolling my window up and down. So now I have to take my car to another mechanic, have them go through and figure out why the brakes are making noise, plus now get my window fixed, and pay more money for something a mad staff member done to my window. This would’ve been a different situation had it not been a “good ol’ boy” system. Now mind you, they had done gotten paid when the Aggressiveness was asserted that was not necessary. Just another sign of the “good ol’ boy system” If they don’t know you, and you’re not part of this ridiculous system they have, just get the parts you need and have anyone other than this place fix it.

I just made my first trip into Elkins Auto Supply and they treated me like an old friend. Even needed some Oddball Synthetic Oil and they had it, and it was cheaper than I could find it online, or in the big local stores. Thank you guys, I will see you soon to return the settings saver.
