It’s a shame I have to give them as much as one star. Called to cancel my service as I’m moving to a new location that doesn’t have optimum, only to be offered numerous ‘savings’ in order to stay. Been with optimum for 3+ years paying $99 a month, and was told on the phone if I called to cancel they would have offered me the same service for $60. On top of the fact this phone call took almost an hour, and I had to provide the same information numerous times. To make it better, I now need to return the router to a store, with the nearest one being about 45 minutes away.

Paid the 99 upfront, instead of getting billed for the router, they just stole my money and still billed me for it, and "lost my 1st bill payment" even will me having receipts.. They would not fix it. Even with the employees trying their best to fix it, emailing my receipts etc.I give the front employees 10 stars, especially the guy with glasses who is now the manager. It's really the corporation.

Staff is always nice and polite. I've never had any trouble when I've gone to the office. WiFi can be unstable more often than I like.

WiFi cuts out consistently everyday more than once an hour almost. Kicks me off of games and any other software currently being used that works via internet. It's obnoxious when I'm trying to work on music and I have to reload all my tabs and reopen software, my workflow has suffered a lot because of it. It is genuinely ridiculous how bad the WiFi services from Optimum are, I'd probably have better WiFi in Baghdad during the Gulf War than I do in Arkansas with Optimum. (I haven't had any problems with the local customer service though, they do try to help as much as they can it seems. Optimum corporate are terrible though and don't care about the experience their customers get.)

THE OFFICE IS UNDERSTAFFED & THE BILLING PROCESS IS JUST SHORT OF BEING GREEDY .,. BUT THE SERVICE PROVIDED IS EXCELLENT AT TIMES.,. BUT WHAT IS 100% IN THESE DAYS AND TIMES.,. I WILL LIVE WITH IT TILL I CAN FIND BETTER.,.

Optimum is the worst wifi I have ever had but what crazy is it the most expensive wifi I’ve ever had to pay for. The company is a joke all they do is steal your money, sadly they are the only wifi available in my area….

They have the worst customer service there’s only two young ladies in there there’s no how to take care of you. The manager sucks and the alley young lady has a really bad attitude. This location is a very bad place to do business I recommend going to AT&T a Verizon if you’re able to

I stay frustrated with this service and having to call their help / support phone numbers, HOWEVER…the man and woman inside the El Dorado location are SUPER nice and SUPER helpful! We appreciate all of your help today!! Why can’t they just be the ones that we call when we need help / support, instead of someone FAR away or a robot that answers the phone?! Thanks again to these great workers in El Dorado, AR!!

I couldn't find anyone else that serviced our house/area. I called optimum last. I wished I had called first. Our Internet equipment is scheduled to be delivered by Saturday. They young man I spoke with was very polite. Explained every option where I'm could understand, and I'm not a tech person. If everything goes as well as my first interaction with them, all will be well.

Suudenlink, don't respond to my review. I know you couldn't care less. Your "canned" responses to reviews is pathetic, as it is clear you don't intend to change anything, except the amount on our bill.
