“I ordered a cake weeks ago for today. It was a simple Funfetti cake, with whipped frosting and I had a picture I wanted put on it. The night before they called and said they didn't have the picture. Even though I was told they did receive it weeks ago. Then, the cake wasn't even the kind I ordered and it looked horrible. The cake was lopsided and dry. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle. Not to mention the party started at 1 and wasn't even able to be picked up until after 12, when I was scheduled to pick it up at 10! The one person at Brookshires who was trying to help me, Danielle, she was getting the blame from the bosses and coworkers. Unacceptable from yall. She was the only one truly trying to help. No one even liked it. Waste of money and too much stress over a cake that should of been VERY SIMPLE.”
