“This is a relatively new upscale hotel in the heart of El Dorado’s art district and downtown.The feel is very lush, great artwork displayed throughout. Welcoming staff. On site bar open late with comfy seating plus bar seating. Lunch is offered several days a week.The room was immaculate with upscale furnishings and even a plush bath robe. Towels were plush, soaps were upscale options.The atmosphere was quiet upstairs.Lots of seating options downstairs including 3 lively areas outside with a fire pit and pool.My only disappointment was that breakfast was the same continental offerings of any average hotel. I would have loved to see something different.”

“One of nice and clean Hampton Inn while I’m traveling this year. Workers are always welcome and very nice women working at the breakfast cafe, she always ask everyone to make sure all have good food. I can see all the workers are working hard every morning to clean the hotel. It’s hard to see nice and clean hotel these days even if we spend so much money to stay. I really enjoyed staying this hotel!”

“Very polite and helpful staff. The hotel is under renovations and everything is still neat and clean. The breakfast is great and they always have coffee fresh. They have an excellent workout room and our room had an exit to the pool. All in all a great stay!”

“My husband was staying here for 2nights and each day he sleep was disrupted due to the constant knocking on the door Granted there was No DoNot Disturb sign in his room to keep place. At the desk he was discussing his irritation with the lady and everything was cool Until the so called Manager comes out from the back and rudely inserted herself in the conversation. Instead of providing customer service she escalated the situation which has now upset my husband and then going to tell him he can’t come back. The manager needs to be trained on proper communication and management skills when dealing with customer of different race. The way he was treated we will not stay at this location Anyway”

“I see a lot of negative reviews on this Hotel but honestly I'm seeing a huge improvement. They have staffed new housekeepers whom seem to be straightening things up a lot. I really like this place.”
