My car stayed overnight in a locked gate and the next day it was fixed and ran better than it ever had since I've had it. The staff was nice and friendly and they made you feel like one of the family

I needed work done on my car and took it to Carson's. I was well pleased with the service. Well pleased. I recommend them. You may have to wait a bit for them to get to you, but, the reason will be 'cause they are honest and do good work so they have lots of customers.

I haven't even gotten the honor of experiencing their so called good customer service. First of all if you do not give out quotes just say so, no one likes the run around. I asked them for a quote on Tuesday april 2 and left them my info and number. Needless to say they never called me back, so decided to come up there on Monday and ask what happened. Of course dude fumbled around acting like he had misplaced it but I knew full well he didn't make any effort to get the quote. So once again on Monday April 8, I left him my info and asked him to call me Tuesday at 12:30. Needless to say I received no phone call at all. They seem unconcerned and unorganized, If you can't deliver an easy quote maybe it was for best. They probably would've ruined my vehicle. I don't recommend them to anyone and i will write to the el dorado news time as well
