Gas prices comparable, restrooms fairly clean. Several homeless folks hanging out in front, a guy walking around asking for money for "gas".

It's not open 24hrs. Went to get a coffee at 4am and store was closed.

No longer open 24 hours... they are now open from 6 a.m. to midnight....And their competition across the street is dirty, nasty, and overcrowded.I don't like either one...
