If my company didn't make me fuel here, I would not come back. And I'm telling my company how much I didn't like being here too. I'd rather go to the Petro in West Memphis, and that is saying something!
Diesel Fuel Pumps:
The key pads on at least two pumps don't work, two pumps were all the way down, and the def on pump one didn't work, even though there wasn't a sign- the employee knew.
All of the tamper evident seals on the pumps are cut. So tampering is evident. I would NOT recommend swiping a card at this location, it's not secure at all. (See pictures)
The pumps are also in a terrible place to get into from the road. I can see they cut a concrete pillar to make it slightly easier, but it's still really awkward.
Service:
I walked in to get fuel because the keypad wouldn't work so I could use the app. I stood at the fuel desk having past by two employees on the way in- I think they were on break, and or not responsible for the fuel desk. They didn't say anything to me, as an introvert, that's fine. I stood at the fuel desk as an employee was fiddling with the coffeemaker. Someone stood behind me, now she had two people in line, no one at the desk. She finished setting the coffee up to be made and she said she was coming over to us.
She got to the desk and another employee and her were chatting. I don't know what the other employee's responsibilities are but I don't know why one couldn't do coffee and one couldn't handle the desk, but now they were both chatting at the desk. I'm trying to give the cashier my information to get fuel and this other woman is chatting her up like I'm not even there.
Bathrooms:
I firmly do not believe that the employees use this restroom or wash their hands in it. The water is absolutely scalding. There is hot and HOTTER water only. So if you're trying to wash for 20 seconds good luck not coming away with burns. As a trucker, I don't have another option to brush my teeth, wash my face, and wash my hands so this is really irritating.
The stalls- two stalls, that's it.
The small stall didn't lock to the outside because the locking mechanism has been pulled off. The door still shuts but I'm not trying to have people walk in on me doing my business. So.
The larger stall- as I flushed the toilet water came out of the handle. TA, you might want to get that looked at, although while you're at it, redo the entire bathroom. You know it's long overdue. The cracked tiles, the sticky place where a soap dispenser used to be, the mood lighting - it's not the kind of look you want for your truck stop bathroom. It's dingy.
The lot: parking for trucks- the lot isn't set up very well but it didn't matter because when I got there (8:30AM) it wasn't even remotely full. So I could see all the potholes the lot is riddled with.
Overall, this TA was Pretty Darn Bad. I know it's hard for TA to do better, but tryyy

The worst TA gas station I've ever been to. The kiosk was not working, and I spoke to an employee at the front desk named Anlenetto King she was very rude and refused to use my points threatening to call the police officer, who she knew already like she said if I didn't leave the building?
I've been using TA gas stations for 5 years, filling up every week for $1500-$2000 each truck. It's very disappointing that during such difficult times, employees like this are retained and supported by managers who do not respect customers.

It is very frustrating to have to get a card just for the ta or any of the truck stop. if i spend over $600.00 on fuel then a person should be intitled to the same courtesy of a shower with out the hassel. it is discremination !!!!!!!

This has got to be one of the worst TA's I've visited. I'm a trucker and I get to a lot of TA's and a lot of them have gone to crap. But this one takes the award for being one of the worst!!
Fuel pumps not taken care of. No window cleaner available. Showers were down. Showers were dirty when I did eventually get into one and missing towels. Ants all over the place! Lazy people work here. If you just need a place to park, I guess it would work but I would look for another place to park for peace of mind. I personally, will not be returning to this location.

DO NOT EVER COME HERE I REALLY DID NOT READ THE REVIEW BEFORE WHICH I SHOULD HAVE I CAME TO CHANGE MY TRAILER TIRE AT 8 am they told me it’s going to take 5-6 hours I said ok so I came at 2 pm ask when am I getting in they said we have to wait another 2 hours so I came back at 4 pm they told me am next 40 minutes later the call me told me to go to bay I did and it’s already 6:30 pm the only thing they done is took the tire off went to use the restroom they all super dirty and stink so I decided to take shower it was missing some towels and soap
Then went to get some taco bell the pop machine has all kinda fly and when I tasted it it was out gas
DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL also parking a lot has big poly hole that will ruin your truck suspension!!!

Worst I've ever seen this place. This is a regular stop over for us when traveling near Memphis but it has really gone downhill. The bathrooms were downright nasty. The windows were all filthy, trash over the lot, only saw one employee who was checking, food counter needs attention, etc. I'm wondering if the management has changed. I hope they fix this soon or we will be looking for a new travel center.
