This is primarily Husqvarna, but they also sell knives and hatchets. It's cool!

Not only will they not answer the phone. But they can not even help in person. I don’t think they really know anything about mowers. Just sells them.

Went here for service on my chain saw. They took time with me to explain the costs involved. They gave me options and took exceptional care of my needs and cost for what I wanted to pay for.Best experience I’ve had in more than 30 years.

I have been doing business with them for years. I’ve taking my riding mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, power washers and generators to them. I don’t take them anywhere else. What I really appreciate about mountain enterprises is how thorough they are and that they REALLY inspect my equipment for anything that can be wrong. They hunt down and troubleshoot problems. I appreciate that. Nowadays people don’t do that kind of inspection they just address the issue at hand and throw it back together. When I get my equipment back, it runs great!I also love how knowledgeable both Cindy and mark are. I may just go in and describe a doo hicky I think I need and Cindy will know exactly what I’m talking about. LolI’ve read some of the negative comments left and I seriously don’t think they were in THIS business. I’ve never had or seen anything but professionalism and tolerance with their customers. These people must have had bad day or are your typical hyper sensitive keyboard trolls.

Find anywhere to go but here. They have lost touch with their customers needs and will be out of business soon.

Mark and Cindi really know their stuff. Very well informed and helpful. Mark drove out of state to get the mower I needed to fit my mowing business this season-no extra charge. Daniel, in the service department, turned my mower around in one day to keep my work from piling up and stayed after closing so I could pick it up. Great products. Great service. Great people.

First, I would give no stars if it allowed me to, bc this place is very dishonest at least to individuals who they think they can snooker into it. They did get me for a $96 inspection fee that was not on the estimate that was given to me.I live out of state and I bought my riding mower here 6-7 years ago. I paid about $300-$350 more here than Lowes, bc they talked up their service and yearly servicing. I had them do the yearly service on it until they didn't honor their $75 yearly service plan. Then I had 2 pulleys and a plastic transmission fan break, and I got an estimate of around $525 to fix it which included pick up. So, I had them pick it up and planned to have then replace the broken parts. After not hearing anything from them for over a week after they picked it up, I called and it was again a few days before they called back and wanted to change the service, bc I had a belt that was loose and a spindle that was a little tight (which I already knew, bc working on mowers isn't rocket science; some of us actually work on and with complicated things for a living and just don't have the time or want to to fix a mower). The lady (owner) was very rude when I pointer out the "inspection fee" was not on the original estimate and I didn't believe it was fair since I had gotten an estimate to fix what I wanted fixed. After two more weeks the lady finally called me back, she and her husband were very rude and would not fix what they had originally agreed to fix on the estimate given to me. They would only work on the mower if I agreed to pay the additional $400 for the belt ($154 which I got on amazon for $56) and spindle ($96 which still works well). So, if you want to gamble with them, good luck! They will eventually screw you too. They are prime examples of dishonest business practices and would not honor the deal they made.I would never recommend them again and will never use them again.

These folks did a full service/repair on my Ferris zero turn mower. Fine work. Very good people to work with. Labor prices fair and square. I've dealt with many service/sales companies in my time. And worked in several areas of service and engineering. These are honest people and do what they say they will do. This puts them at the top of my list here in Arkansas. I recommend them highly.

I would avoid this place like a plague. No customer service skills, this is what kills businesses, as you buy from them for the service after the sell. When the service is horrible before a purchase is made, better not buy anything there as they won't be able to give any service after the sell as they have no customer service skills.

This is probably the 5th saw maybe more that me or my family have bought from here. I love to just come hand out but most of all love doing business with this place and love my Husqvarna and echo stuff I'm a full time logger and firewood guy this saw in the picture is the 572xp and it's probably my favorite saw I have ever owned
