I switched from Walgreens to Rose Drug Dover and am so glad I did. They have been so fast, helpful and have amazing customer service.For starters, my doctor was late calling in a prescription for me once, and they were able to loan me two days worth until they got the prescription called in from my doctor (it had been a medicine I had already been taking). This was so kind and above and beyond.Today I realized 5 minutes before they closed that I had failed to remember to call in a fill for the same prescription and called and politely asked if they would even try to fill it before they closed.They were so willing and nice! and had it done before I even made it there within 4 minutes.Exceptional service and probably the only pharmacy I will use while living in Pope County!Thanks Rose Drug Dover for being awesome!!!

Not a fan they filled my grandkids meds without being asked and had her stuff all messed up I had to track down the fact that they had filled her medicine and have them refund her insurance so I could get her meds here . Wasn't happy about it

No discounts, slow, they fill without permission... too many things wrong. They even spelled my name wrong on one RX, dr I don’t even use anymore on another!
