“I’m from out of town and while I’ve read through some of the reviews, I’d say they were very quick and did a great job. They remembered to reset the computer in the Chevy so that it read oil levels correctly which the dealer sometimes forgets. Overall a great experience.”

I went to one place that couldn’t schedule me for three months, and quoted a labor bill of $150-200 plus the cost of new handle.Then I remembered a recommendation I had been given to go to S&H for another issue. I decided to give them a try. Derek took one quick glance, called the Chrysler parts division, and in ten minutes had replaced a broken plastic clip that held the handle cable taunt. Bill? $10 (ten). Solved the problem!!!Crew is knowledgeable and great at diagnostics. Owners don’t gouge clients.
