Usually they work with us. But either Holly or Hailey didn’t update the notes and guess what happened? Someone showed up while we were in another town eating brunch and they just took the van without warning. No phone call or anything. Someone climbed into my drivers seat and drove off. I watched it happen. I called 911 because I thought somebody stole it. We called and made every effort to get it corrected but we had to drive 45 minutes away to get it back. Evidently it is their policy (I’m assuming Car City?) not to turn around once they take your vehicle. And because we were blindsided by all of this, we were out with two babies and had to purchase car seats just to make the trip to get the van that wouldn’t have been taken to begin with had they just updated what they were supposed to. In my opinion, we should be reimbursed for the gas in both vehicles (they drove my van instead of towing it) and my husband’s vehicle which we had to drive to get the van back AND for the car seat we had to get so the babies could safely travel on an unnecessary trip. Ridiculous. Yall make sure you record your phone calls with them just in case. A “promise to pay” is a verbal agreement. So unless they have the phone call recorded, all my husband has is his word and me as a witness. How embarrassing today was.

Wow . I was sold a lemon. Then they would not make things right. They agreed for me to hold on payments untill it was resolved. Then was told i would receive a call about my options. Which i did not receive but they repoed it while i was in the hospital.

Been making payments and they don't reset the auto shutoff on my truck so now I'm stranded after making two payments last week. On a Sunday when they are closed at that.

They are the worst nightmare. They don’t go by the contract they will steal from u and then when you call to complain about how they keep taking money from your bank account they will be rude and disrespectful. Please Stay away from this Company . First and last time I make business with this Company they take advantage of you and no care about the Customers. This Company Don’t deserve any Stars Deserve to be out of Business.

I have a 2011 Toyota Camry SE financed through this group. They are usually really nice, but lately their attitude towards their customers has started to sour a bit. They ask for on time payments, and then whenever you are trying to figure out how it is that you are late or why they haven’t received your payment yet, you get the I’m not your account manager attitude. When I was trying to figure out how it was that my account was a week behind when I send out my payments every Thursday Vanessa started to get really rude with me and my fiancé over the phone and hung up on us then wouldn’t answer the phone whenever we were calling back so we could ask to speak to her manager about her attitude towards us over the phone. Again they are normally really nice and helpful towards their customers and if you had asked me to leave a review 2 weeks ago I would have given them a four star review, maybe even five, but lately their customer service has started to decline and that is why I’m leaving a 1star review.

My fiance and I finance a 2011 toyota camry from this group and in the past their attitudes have been very good towards their customers. However just this past week my fiance and I call to try and figure out how we were a week behind on our payments because we genuinely thought we were a week ahead. And when we called, Vanessa answered the phone and while we were asking her how it was we were a week behind she got rude with us and hung up on us. Whenever we would try to call back so we could speak to her manager about her attitude towards us no one would answer

Anytime I call I get placed on hold for 20+ minutes. When I tried to call to make a payment they would not answer and continued to not answer for two days. I was hit with a late fee due to them not answering the phone.
