If i could give y'all 10 Stars I would! ? My boyfriend and I are extremely grateful for your services! We were traveing back down to San Antonio Texas all the way up from Wisconsin and encountered an unfortunate tire blowout on I-40 near this shop. Arkansas state patrol was nice enough to give us a ride to a local motel and give us the number to y'all's business. Thank you for the ride to us at the motel, pick up our rim off the interstate, get a tire from your shop and bringing it back to us on the side of the road!Then as we thought we were ready to take off, we realized our truck was dead ??♀️ and they came back to give us a jump start. ??I highly recommend this place if business as their prices were very reasonable and they were extremely hospitable ? Russell Petty saved me a fortune on a repair that I was quoted on elsewhere. He found it not to be as extensive as I was told. He saved me a lot of money and anxiety! Quality work and you can trust that he knows what he’s doing.

Decent work, needs help just too much to handle for only a couple of people. And respectfully I prefer for my vehicle (business) to be worked on (fixed or repaired) in the order it was received and not pushing mine to the back of the list because someone with more money or more important (community status) comes in with something and I'm still waiting a month and a half later. And the only reason I give 3 stars was because of previous experience otherwise I wouldn't give that. Good people to much on their hands and not making the best decisions. Sorry.

I'm posting from my personal account, but this review is for my work A Plus Expediting. I called Mr. Petty this morning trying to find a shop to help look at and fix one of our vehicles in AR (mind you I'm in Dayton, Ohio). Russell was very sympathetic to my situation and took my vehicle in not ONLY with zero notice, but jumped right on it, diagnosing and fixing it within hours of my calling him. KUDOS to you Mr. Russell sir!!!! My driver is back on the road and we're back to making money together. Thank you again Russell Petty Garage! I'd recommend them to anyone in that area!!

we picked up a 3 in screw on the free way was loosing air quick, got off the free way at duval , about 6 miles off is Beths fresh produce and home canned fruit n vegies.Amazing lady calleď russels and He is about 6 miles from her plce. Russell s stopped working on what he was doing got us fixed and back on the road. no worries. Big grateful Thank you ! from the Brandys family

Blew a head gasket on my 350 chevy not too far from here. It was friday after noon. I was traveling cross country and needed to get home. Russel and his guys stayed way late into the evening helping me get fixed. Would have been faster but i had some rusty bolts they had to fix. Friendly and willing to help and they got the job done. Thanks guys. Hopefully the good karma comes back around to ya.
