Great place to buy a tractor. I’ve bought 3 tractors here and the sales team always goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied! Parts guys are always good to find anything you need and get it to you as quick as possible!

I bought a trailer from this location. I really appreciated Jared and his willingness to go through all the options of financing. All questions were answered and I feel like I knew exactly the product I was getting. The staff in the store were also very kind. There wasn't anyone who didn't pass me that didn't greet me and ask me how my day was going. I will definitely be coming back!

3rd update: if i could give 0 stars i would. How sad my original review was 5/5 stars. ANYWAY we never saw a reimbursement of our last payment like we were promised (didnt think we would), and then we were contacted by John Deere saying we owe them money or the equipment (that we don't have that UAG took!). We've asked Chris and United AG to fix this on their end with John Deere several times over several months, and just today got a collections letter from JD. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. at this point we'll be entertaining legal recourse in small claims court.2nd review: I'm updating my review to say that United AG has really gone down hill since Todd left. We sold back our tractor after leaving the poultry business and we were promised x amount by Chris Ray at sale and x amount a month later. We never saw the x amount a month later. We recently just sold back more equipment and have been waiting 2+ months for John Deere and United AG to reimburse our last payment as promised. Probably won't see that money either. Too bad, place used to be great.Original review:Todd Miller is great, he helped us tradein our first tractor (also from united AG) and the process went smoothly. Their service department is also helpful and accommodating.

Great shop. Friendly staff.Very wide variety of equipment on hand, with reasonable pricing.Deeply appreciate the calls from the s.m., as well as a dist. manager.Definitely worth stopping in!

This place has had my dads John Deere tractor for right at 6 months now because the guy apparently designated to work on it should’ve been working somewhere else because he clearly don’t know a bolt from a screw. 6 months is ridiculous. Now it’s Time to get a attorney for the suit we’re filing for the complete waste of my time, money, and patience. 1 star is too much for this company. Matt, the employee whocouldn’t recognize the bolt from a screw….you sir don’t know what you did by not doing anything right but you will soon
