A raised toilet seat was ordered for my 86 year old great uncle MONTHS ago. I called twice about it. Still haven't seen one. I wonder if it were their older family member needing one how quickly they would have gotten it? He's now gotten to the point where he HAS to have one and we paid out of pocket for it. Shame on Lincare.

The office I use is staffed with very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate individuals. I feel they care about the patients and do their best at all times to assist any way they can. I would and have highly recommended this office and staff to others in the past and will continue to do so in the future. I feel theDeQueen Lincare office has always taken very good care of me and hope they continue to help me for a long time to come Thank you for allowing my input. Good office, good people, goodcare.

The staff in this place is WONDERFUL. I recently visited DeQueen from Texas and forgot the power supply to my ResMed Airsense 10. I called them a few minutes before closing on a Friday, and not only did they have one, the let me borrow it until Monday! Crisis averted! Thank you so very much, LinCare!!!!

The ladies at the DeQueen store are superb. After listening to me complain about something out of their control, they went out of their way to find a solution. From my original visit to their customer service, the crew at Lincare in DeQueen are great. Thank you for all you do!
