Every time I try to get a loan or get more checks it's like pulling teeth to get what I ask for. Your employees obviously aren't trained properly or don't care if they get it right!

The Crossett location of Century Next Bank always gives excellent service. The employees seem to have in-depth knowledge toward handling any transaction that may come up. I trust and appreciate them highly. I must admit, however, that my satisfaction decreased when they merged. Now, service is slow and bookkeeping is terrible. Before the merge, my bank account was clean, clear, expenditures appropriately allocated, etc. I'm hoping for better days ahead.

FNBC was a great bank but that's long gone now. Every since they merged with CENTURY NEXT BANK everything has turned into a nightmare! Even customer service is so unbearingly slow & extremely poor. Closed my account there. Highly suggest TIMBERLINE CREDIT UNION if you need a bank account in Crossett.

This bank is horrible!!! Bring first national back... and on top of things the Ruston Location is even worse when it come to helping figure out a issue... they closed my account without even letting me know and then told me they could do whatever if they felt nessarry!!!
