“The Crossett location of Century Next Bank always gives excellent service. The employees seem to have in-depth knowledge toward handling any transaction that may come up. I trust and appreciate them highly. I must admit, however, that my satisfaction decreased when they merged. Now, service is slow and bookkeeping is terrible. Before the merge, my bank account was clean, clear, expenditures appropriately allocated, etc. I'm hoping for better days ahead.”
