I bought a used vehicle from them, their attitude was disappointing and dismissive. Usually a dealership at least fills the tank up. Not at Red Taylor ford.

We were traveling to Indiana and had car trouble. We stopped in at Red Taylor Ford and had them diagnose the issue. The people were extremely nice. Got on our vehicle right away. Told us everything that was wrong. Had some recommendations and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

I called to check on a part and I’m service answered and the parts guy left here it was 3pm on a Friday well he ask what I needed and I told him and he said I don’t know what the you talking about and hung up on me that is very rude I real most definitely tel people not to go to that dealership

I drove all the way from Memphis, TN to get my used 2018 F-150 from Red Taylor Ford. They offered a tremendous deal and outstanding customer service that you don’t get from the “big city” dealerships. Brent was awesome to work with and I can’t recommend him or the dealership enough. Thanks guys!!

The service department was a complete joke. We were traveling through on our way to St. Louis and called them in regards to my air conditioner (2014 Ford Titanium Escape). The only response that we could get out of them was “We are about to go to lunch. We go to lunch from 12pm-1pm). We then stopped by there to try and talk to them but they were still more concerned about their lunch schedule than our vehicle. It wasn't even 12pm. The least they could have done is given us some idea of what might be the problem. Instead they were even more rude in person when we stopped by the service department.
