Our car overheated on the road nearby Jim’s Auto and Tires. It was almost the end of their day, but a mechanic came out and helped us diagnose the problem and figure out our options. Thanks to their help, we were able to get home safely and avoid ruining our engine.

Our heat stopped working on our way from St. Louis to Houston. Stopped at Jim’s and turned out it was a water pump issue. They were able to get it replaced within a few hours and we were back on the road! Thank you

We were traveling from Illinois to Texas when our vehicle broke down just north of Corning. Found Jim’s as a towing service and they were right there to tow our vehicle. Helped us find the right dealer inJonesboro to repair our vehicle and even took us there and dropped us off at a hotel. Could not have asked for better people to help us out. We would say that Jim definitely went above and beyond to get us on our way. 5 stars is not enough for this company. We are so thankful for all you did.
