It was amazing they were very friendly and knowledgeable about my dog. They took the time to answer all my questions without acting like they were in a rush and they were busy.
I rate them a 10 but not on here. Recommend highly to take care of your pet which is like our child to many they are family.

I have been using this vet office for a while now for my dogs. They have been great for routine vet needs and have even come to the door before they officially opened to help my pet in an emergency. They set realistic expectations on the care and needs for your pet. They also always give me an estimation on cost before they perform services. The staff recognize me and my dogs, which is always nice and it seems like they really care.

Dr Beard has treated all five of my dogs. From puppy to end of life I could not ask for a better vet and professional staff. I'll take them there as long as I have animals.

If you want to be on hold for 10 minutes after someone picking up this is the place to call. Also the lady who answers the phones sounds like she doesn’t know a lot about animal care and lacks the willingness to help others. No compassion whatsoever

Our car Mr Max 10yrs. Was referred to Mr Beard. Upon arrival they handled it very professional and very promptly. Was able to add a detailed description to what the problems were he faced. With hopes the steps taken will add the help thats needed.Would recommend this veterinarian to anyone. A+ On courtesy and professionalism and they show that care about your pets!

Dr. Beard and team are the best I have ever worked with. We now take all of our animals to them for most work. They genuinely care about the animals, and don't just coax you into overspending..Dr. Beard is caring, skilled, and one of the best Vets I have had the pleasure of taking my pets to. I have recommended multiple friends and family that have surgeries, need second opinions, etc and all have been very satisfied with the outcome..We also have a Handicap dog that Dr. Beard and staff take very good care of anytime he is in!.I would recommend people come here of you are looking for a Vet in the area!!!!

I was referred to West Prince Animal Hospital by my regular veterinarian when my dog needed surgery to have her gallbladder removed. Each staff member I interacted with was so kind & extremely helpful. Everyone I spoke with took the time to answer my questions & put me at ease in what was a stressful situation for me. Even though my dog had never been their patient before, I felt so comfortable leaving her & knew she was getting the best care. Her surgery was one week ago today and she is completely back to normal. I am so grateful for Dr. Beard & his staff - I would recommend this clinic to anyone!

Unfortunately, every time I've brought one of my pets here, there have been no solutions provided, only suggestions. I've had about five $200 vet visits for them to not know what's wrong and provide only internet suggestions that I've already done. Not to mention that I once had a staff member be completely insensitive to me. I put my trust in these people only for them to overcharge me, be unprofessional, and not once actually be helpful.

Dr Beard and all of the staff are wonderful! When my chihuahua got neutered I was nervous but they kept me informed and texted me updates which I really appreciated! I definitely recommend them.

Super nice staff and an excellent veterinarian. The staff offered curb service. The entire check-up for my pup, with shots and all, took only about 10 minutes. A very pleasant experience!
