I got my phone at Best Buy and was under the impression that I would receive $800 for the trade-in of my old phone. Well, I visit this store and wait like 20 minutes for them to figure it out and to be told I'm only getting $200 for the trade-in and that they don't know why I don't appear to qualify for. They were clueless and honestly a bit rude. A phone call to customer service took care of the situation in a short amount of time and we received clarification on a matter, which the employees should have been educated on. Needless to say...we won't be back to this location if we can help it. I'm not happy with the way we were treated, nor am I okay with being lied to.

This store is full of nothing but incompetent employees that do not know how their own company operates. If you are a current customer call Verizon support do not go in store.

Incompetent and definitely not computer/tech literate, I went in yesterday had an employee follow me as I left yelling profanity as I got in my car to which I cussed him back, today went in again to try sending an old phone back to VZ after talking to corporate the manager couldn't even print off a packing label. If the computer didn't hold their hand every step of the way these morons would be lost

Poor Customer Service! I needed to purchase one item, which would have taken only five minutes to complete the transition. I waited for 20 minutes without one employee addressing that I was in the store. They stood there and looked at me but said nothing. Verizon, please train your employees to acknowledge the customer with the bare minimum statement, “Sorry for your wait. I will be with you shortly.” To make matters worse—they were not busy. Finally, I left the store and will order what I need online

I would give it a -10 , my mom goes down to the Conway store cause her phone don't work . They put a new sim card in it and sent her back home . The salesman didn't activate it and some how put it in the computer so you can't activate by phone . Was on the phone with customer care for over a hour trying to get it fixed . Phone customer care were great they tried everything they could to activate it . I was told take it back to the store they have a note pinned to the account. Got the manager Chris , explained to her the problem 3 times she kept saying it's the phone . then it was she can't do anything with the it cause I'm not on the account . My mother is 75 yrs. old I gave them the account pin and her birth date . Nope they're not gonna fix it . I was pissed and I was honest when I told the manager Chris you ain't worth a damn as far as a manager or customer service . She was working on getting it fixed until I said y'all should have activated it when she was here this morning but somebody didn't want to do their damn job . Then she got an attitude , I told my mom you've been with them since late '80's early '90's you need to get a new carrier . She went in cause the phone didn't work and they sent her home with a phone sim card she can't activate. I've worked with customers all my life and never treated ppl like that manager does . Chris is the Sorriest excuse for manager !

Made me pay before telling me that their in store data transfer was just the same as the Bluetooth data transfer. Anyone can do it, but they insisted on me paying before telling me their way of data transferring. I just felt a little deceived, knowing that I’ve done it that way at home a dozen times in the past. It’s nothing they should be charging $29.99 for.

Visited this store yesterday to pay my phone bill via the cash machine. The machine has been down for over a month and still down as of yesterday. One of the staff assisted me with my phone bill and then I asked if there was a PUBLIC restroom. I went to my bag to gather a few things and next thing I know the staff is knocking on the door like the police. They continued knock as if I wasn’t in the BATHROOM. I finally had to say I am using the restroom. After leaving the bathroom two male employees were standing by the door like predators. While I continued to leave a male manager asked to speak with me outside, I said ok but kept walking because this guy was weird. Even after me leaving and waiting on my Uber the guy comes outside and is talking to about me on the phone!!! This was harassment in the worst way.

Dealing with Verizon has been the biggest waste of time. If you are thinking of switching to Verizon, don't. They are much worse than the bad customer service at ATT

I want to give Dustin Parker at the Conway, Arkansas store 10 stars. We had a very complex, difficult phone transfer situation and he was EXTREMELY patient and very professional as he helped us wade through our experience which took a VERY long time, ...it was not his fault!! The entire staff was friendly and helpful and we could not have asked for better service. I am grateful for them and will do business there any time!

Went with my husband to close out an account, and the manager, Kris, was so kind and helpful! They were friendly, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to check into a few details that we hadn't thought of. Although we are switching phone services, Kris left us with positive feelings toward Verizon and was very helpful and professional.

Terrible GM. Very inconsiderate of her customers time, her employees time and for sure any potential new hires. Will not show up to work when she says and will skip out on interviews for potential candidates. This store needs a change.

I needed to drop off two phones that were traded in. First time I stopped by there was a 30 minute wait. Ok. No problem. I’ll come back another time. I went online and saw that you can make an appointment. I showed up at my appointment time and checked in on the app and walked inside. I sat there for several minutes then they started serving other people that walked in after me. So apparently if you walk in just needing to pay your bill you get to jump ahead of other customers. So much for making an appointment. I’ve always had poor service at this Verizon store. I’ve used the Little Rock and North Little Rock locations and never had an issue. Not sure why they can’t run a good store in my town. I shouldn’t have to drive 40 minutes away to get good service.

Nothing to write home about . Offered to put a screen protector on the phone but zero help with activation. Easier just to order online and skip the store next time.
