Absolutely amazing experience for my daughter! Our associate, Mary, was so attentive, kind, and patient! The owner was so sweet as well!!! Amazing selection!!! Will definitely be making the drive to Conway for future dresses!

What an experience today, getting my daughters prom dress! We had such a great time and most of it was in part to the outstanding staff! Olivia was our aide and she was so sweet and so patient. She was also THE BEST hype girl! The owner, she was an experience in herself. She was definitely my kind of people! Lol We had the best time with her! I'll definitely be keeping this gem of a place in my back pocket for all things formal from now on!

My daughter found a beautiful dress & is so excited to wear it to homecoming!! Not only was the store filled with so many beautiful dresses in all sizes & colors, but the staff are super helpful & friendly!!

We drove from Van Buren, Ar to pick out our granddaughters Prom Dress. She's a Senior and we wanted a special gown for her. She found exactly what she had envisioned and fell in love after trying on 4 other's and looking at everything in the store.The young lady that waited on her was absolutely the sweetest, best, kindest sales person ever. This is her 2nd formal dress from Royal, and we HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for that perfect formal, long or short.Thank You Royal, for making shopping there so easy and comfortable..

I went into royal we a few months back and can’t say enough great things about them! They were busy but never hesitated to help me or find my dream dresses!! They welcomed me as soon as I entered, and quickly helped me look around. The owner was the nicest person I think I’ve ever met and treated her staff as well as shoppers like family. I’ve shopped at other places in the area and nothing beats Royal We!! I wish I would’ve known of them sooner! They made me feel so valued and helped me with every single thing I needed. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Royal We & Hannah for your kindness and gorgeous dresses! You’re missing out if you haven’t been here.

I purchased a dress online from Royal We in November, and when I went to pick it up the store was CRAZY BUSY! Even though the dress was an "all sales final" dress, the young lady still encouraged me to try it on while I was in store to make sure everything fit correctly. She could have let me walk out the door, yet even though they were slammed, she still took time to make my experience personal. 10/10 would recommend!

These guys are AMAZING!!! We made 2 different trips here from Hot Springs to find a homecoming court dress, and found THE PERFECT ONE! We were SO BLESSED to have Macy helping us both trips. She is kind hearted and has such a wonderful personality! Best of the best of the best dress shop!!! The dresses are incredibly and the staff and owner are even better! They make everyone feel like the most important person in the store. This dress shop truly is the most special dress shop I have ever been in. The store itself is beautiful but their customer service is hand down the best I have ever experienced!
