Sophisticated Style and Exceptional Service - I must say that this was an outstanding experience. From the moment I entered the store, I felt like a valued customer! Steven carries an impeccable selection of suits, shoes, socks, etc. He was very attentive to my styling needs, very professional. Exceptionally great quality of the clothing and the ambiance...the ambiance exudes sophistication without feeling stuffy. Lastly, the Men's Mall is a gem for discerning gentlemen. If you are needing a suit to get tailored definitely go to Mr Samuels for an experience you will not forget. First off my man has swag for days and knows how to dress. Mr Samuel's guided me to the greatest look from the floor up and when I put on my tailored suit I feel like a superhero. He goes above and beyond to accent your look with The perfect amount of style and class. I will definitely be back again.

Mr. Samuels was able to custom fit a suit to my ‘unique’ body. Not an easy task. He is skillful and genuine. You may have to go a few times for fittings, but the end product is well worth it.

Mr. Steven did a great job customizing suits for me and my 10 groomsmen in just a few months! He has a one of a kind store, and takes high pride in his work. Mr. Steven communicated with us well and brought us into his shop multiple times to make sure our suits were exactly how we wanted it. He has a great sense of style and was able to make our vision come to life! He even met us at unusual business hours. On top of that his prices are unbeatable for the quality of work. I highly recommend The Men’s Mall for all of your fashion needs!

Come here for mens clothes before you go to any department store or anywhere else. Awesome service, selection and personal touch. He met me on a Sunday afternoon so I would be dressed right for a last minute business trip.

I was back home in October and had brought a friend from Bermuda. We both shopped quite a bit and needed alterations to some clothes we needed for the next part of our trip but only had a couple of days. Steven met us for measurements outside of regular hours and had our items ready collection at the set time. The work was top notch professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this store and his services.

I don’t even have a Google account but I made one just so I could leave a review for this place. This man is awesome. Small business here near downtown Conway with big business style. He helped me through an outfit top to bottom. He doesn’t push or pull you either way. He gives his honest, professional opinion and leads you through different options and variations that will work for you. Pricing is very reasonable and plus you get his personal expertise and help. Not going anywhere else for my suite and tailoring needs.

My father passed away earlier this year and Steve, squeezed me into his schdule. The suit I ordered was not correct but it was something that got lost in communication between I and Steve. Since the funeral was the next day, I wore the suit, it was nice but not the one I requested. Weeks afterwards, I called Steve and advised him about the suit and he kindly replaced the entire suit. Not only did he replace it but he allowed me to get another higher priced suit for an upcoming interview. The suit was beautiful. Another issue arose with the replaced suit after getting fitted. We had scheduled for me to pick up the suit but somehow I wasn't on the schedule. Steve went out of his way and delivered my suit to a basketball game while he and his family were out on the town (he original asked if he could personally deliver it to my house).This is what taking care of your clients is! THANKS STEVE, WHOLEHEARTEDLY!Steve also fitted my dad and he looked amazing In his suit...GOD REST HIS SOUL!
