Tiffany and Steven helped me out so much! I was struggling in a very bad position and they helped get me into a new reliable car today! I had a wonderful experience with Baiyinnah Shaw and the service team in a time of need. My wrangler had a flat and needed a tow - interrupting my way home from a long road trip. Baiyinnah and the team saved the day and had me in & out in under 30 minutes. I cannot recommend their kind and quick service enough!

Absolutely horrible experience. I bought a pickup from there to get into hotshotting. Was flat out lied to in every way possible about the truck so the salesman that I’m not going to name out of respect for him could make the sell. Didn’t have the truck 3 weeks took it out on the road and I have to put a quart of oil in it a day (no it’s not leaking). Gets 6 mpg when I was told it would get 10 minimum after explaining to the salesman what I would be pulling and doing with the truck. Has zero power what so ever after being told it would pull anything just like a diesel could. The ac works on and off constantly. And many more problems. Anyway with all that being said had the truck 3 weeks tried to take it back to get out of it and into something that would do what I would need it to do and they completely refused to do so and pretty much said “sorry don’t know what to tell you” then tried to tell me I needed another 5,000 to get out of the truck I just bought! I’m not made of money I put everything I had into a hotshot business the last thing I needed was the truck and the screwed me hard on it! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GARBAGE DEALERSHIP!!!
Response to their reply: yeah you wanted 5,000-10,000 to get out of the truck that I had already purchased to get me into a different truck after I had already paid the sales tax (2,204.47 and spent hundreds of dollars in gas to keep this piece of junk on the road to try and make money for my family in which was the entire reason for purchasing a truck from your “dealership”

Great experience at Superior! We found a very nice vehicle in our budget and Michael listened to everything we wanted, without being pushy. He was patient and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, allowing us to test drive as many vehicles as we wanted. The owner came and met with us as well, which gave the experience an even more personal touch. We will definitely recommend this place to others and will be back for another vehicle when the time comes.

I've had my truck serviced here on a few occasion. Every time has left me with issues. Currently stranded with a flat after buying a whole set of tires and they didn't replace a worn out valve stem. 1k miles on these tires.
