Great prices, choices and very friendly helpful people. Gave 4 star instead of 5 because I would love to see a website. And be able to do try on's again, they stopped at covid. But covid is over.

I went to Sun’s Casual when my hair fell out from Covid. I have never worn a wig and had no clue what to look for. I asked Sun for help, she literally walk right to the perfect wig and said this is you and 2 years later that is still my wig. I just went in and bought the same wig. Sun is kind and considerate, so helpful.

Rude customer service. The daughter is a sweetheart and the husband is great but the older lady was rude af. Then I had to present ID to use my credit card. Will not be going back!

The hair relaxer I bought for my daughter is not good. It doesn’t work as a relaxer; I don’t think it is because I haven’t seen a relaxer looking like that. However, her service was good.

I love Sun’s casuals, I can’t see myself going to know other beauty store in Conway, they have the most beautiful wigs I’ve ever seen, i’ve never wore wigs before, until I seen how beautiful they were in there, they are number one in my book, they have the best personality, and as soon as you walk in the door, they always greet you???????????????what a big smile on their face, and then they make you feel so comfortable, they have so many products to choose from, they even have shades, purses, hats, jewelry, and they have the face shields, and masks, and they have just about every color you need, and want, but I promise you, you will not be disappointed, whenever you go to Sun’s Casuals. ?❤️
