A different shop told me my compressor might be locked up. I took it to this shop and they said they would rather check it before replacing at it. I am very grateful that they did because it ended up only being a broken belt. Needless to say, the honesty and integrity of this shop is at a high level and I strongly recommend them

Customer service is good, technicians need some training. We have had several times that we have had to take our truck back more than once for the same issue that we paid to have fixed. One mishap caused many other problems.

I have been using this shop for close to 10 years now. I personally would not allow any other mechanic shop to touch my vehicle after finding this shop. The owners of this business and their complete staff are top notch, with great knowledge, respect, curtesy to their customers.

I’ve been to them Twice so far and they have a new customer whether they know it or not lol but I have mainly dealt with Todd he seems to be Very Knowledgeable and straight to the point kind of guy and they don’t schedule u unless they can actually start working on yours and I Truly Respect That i have been to a couple of places in Conway and they tell u to bring it in and they keep it for 2 months but I took a chance on Stephens and so far so good!!!!Services: Vehicle Inspection

Got an alignment and new tires installed on '07 Chevy. Also alignment and tires for a Nissan. They will listen to you when you tell them what your vehicle is doing and check everything out. Make an appointment, drop it off. IMO fair and honest.Services: Steering & suspension repair
