Very disappointed in my business cards! Drove to Conway to pick them. They were grainy and very unprofessional. Staff offered to redo them on different paper. Drove BACK to Conway today. Cards were offcenter and I'm embarrassed to hand them out. I guess it's true. You get what you pay for. Hard lesson learned.

No offense, but the guy worker at the printing side is the slowest person on earth. And takes calls for more jobs in between your job working for them rather than finishing your current job.

If you close at 6, close at 6. Not 5:55.My wife went to pick up postcards I need for a bridal show tomorrow, and tour doors were already locked. She knocked on the door and an associate opened the door, and said you were closed when it wasn’t 6 yet.She told him it wasn’t 6 yet, and just asked to pick up the cards. It would have taken 2 minutes to grab. Instead, he said, “well, we’re closed.” Closed the door ok her face and walked away.Now I don’t have the cards I ordered for a show tomorrow. You were rude to my wife. I can deal without having the cards. But be rude to my wife? You’ve got some major explaining to do.

Great experience with the General Manager Andrea Robinson - she went above and beyond and had items shipped from the Pine Bluff location to the Russellville location for me that were out of stock in her Conway location. Thank you so much!

It's the week of Christmas and the shopping center is busy. I am traveling on business and need some office supplies. So, I am dreading getting into that fray of holiday shoppers. My anxiety was relieved by a warm welcome as I entered Staples. The clerk asked if I needed assistance and lead me directly to the stuff I needed. At checkout, the Cashier was just as warm and friendly. This was an EXCELLENT Customer Experience!!!

Shae was SUPER helpful. I spent over an hour in Best Buy trying to find a dsl compatible modem just to be told no one will have it order online so I decided to try staples before I did and within 5 minutes I had a compatible modem and was out the door. She double checked to make sure for me and was super sweet and helpful!! Made for an amazing first experience at staples :)

I use the printing service at Staples from time to time and always appreciate how my items turn out. Justin was working today and helped with my daughters’ birthday party invitations. He made it easy and was so helpful. I’m glad to see great customer service is still out there! Highly recommend this Staples.

Spent 25 minutes in the printer section of the store and not a single employee tried to wait on or help me? If they don't want my business any more than that I can certainly take it elsewhere... which is what I recommend everyone do... Best Buy is in the same shopping center ....

Tavores is the best! I wish there were more than 5 stars in a rating. My daughter and I were shopping for a computer for her online college classes. We were not necessarily going to purchase anything that day. We were just gathering information and prices. Tavores asked if we needed help with anything and it was game on. By the time we left, we had purchased a laptop, wireless printer, wireless keyboard, an office chair, and copy paper. He did not pressure us at all. But, we felt so confident in his knowledge of computers and what we would need for her study area, that we decided to buy what we needed from him. After talking with him, I realized we would have bought the wrong products and would've wasted money on technology that would not have served her needs. I have not regretted the purchase at all! We are trying to think of something else we need from Staples so we can go back in and see him. :) The rest of the Staples team were friendly, helpful, and stayed busy working around the store. The young man tending the register greeted every customer who walked into the store. I will definitely be using the Conway Staples as my office supply store from now on.
