Jessica and McKenzie were so sweet and engaging with my father who has dementia. He uses a wheelchair and we were met at the door so they could hold the door open for us. Then she was quick to move her styling chair so he could just stay in his wheelchair for the cut. Great experience!

I was hesitant at first have had a bad experience at an old sport clips location but needed. A haircut fixed. Made my appointment and Mykenzie who did my hair was amazing, she was sweet, listened, and made a huge impression. Will be coming back.

The service was good but I was upset that the preset options for the tipping at the end were over 50% as options were 18, 21 and 24. so I ended up tipping 24 dollars over 47 for two haircuts. Shouldn't be like that. Reset your machines, don't monopolize off empathy because people like me would've tipped you a good amount anyway.

BK is my favorite she always makes me look and feel 10 years younger. You have to use the app makes your visit a lot easier.

Recently on 12/27/23, I had one of the most special experiences. I usually go to a barber in downtown Conway, but he was booked through the new year and had no availability. I decided to go with plan B and let’s just say that it will probably not remain on my list of alternative options. Scrambling, I was calling all over Conway to find a stylist who could help fix what plan B did to my head. I drove to the SportClips West location and they were in shock (as was I), and proceeded to take the best care of me. Shout out to Jessica and BK for adding a sense of confidence back to my life as they managed to salvage what was left of my hair. All the stylists at this location were encouraging and supportive beyond my expectations. I will keep this in mind for the next time my primary barber is without an opening. Thank you Jessica & BK!

My son's haircut was very poor, long pieces were left all over the top and when I pointed them out to the hairdresser she seemed to get upset. I'm not sure why they would expect someone to pay 24$ for a child's haircut and it not be what he wanted.

My son's haircut was very poor, long pieces were left all over the top and when I pointed them out to the hairdresser she seemed to get upset. I'm not sure why they would expect someone to pay 24$ for a child's haircut and it not be what he wanted.
