I only planned to rinse my truck off and go about my day but the attendant came over and allowed me to pay $1 for a full 5 minutes of wash time. Had my truck brand new looking. I hope that man has a good rest of his day. I don’t remember his name unfortunately.

Swiped my card once. Was supposed to only be charged 5 dollars but after looking at my bank statement it charged me 10. Vacuums state 1 dollar for 4 minutes when in reality its only 3 minutes.

Good car wash, but the stall closest to the middle that accepts debit cards is leaking pink liquid from the ceiling continuously on the car the whole self-wash. No contact information? No phone number? Hope this review will do.

Terrible, machines won’t take dollars, the change machines are out of order and if you do have change the slots are jammed with quarters… Will not ever be back.

What a disappointment this car wash was. It cost me $10 to find out they had no soap. I swiped my credit card and switched the machine to tire cleaner and nothing came out. A guy who worked there said that happened a lot. I switched to prewash and nothing came out. I asked the worker again and he said the owner was very cheap and was always running out of product and to try using a different wash bay. I moved my truck and I swiped my card again and tried to use presoak again as suggested by the employee but still nothing came out. He recommended trying to use the soap brush and still nothing came out. This car wash is sadly just a scam. I was scammed out of $10 and was barely able to even rinse my truck off. Do yourself a favor and just take your car to a different car wash.

I'm disabled and used the automatic car wash today The thing didn't give me coin for the vacuums I came back probably an hour later to vacuum and I don't know how to get a free coin or vacuum that's why I gave you three stars this wash is awesome when we have snow because he gives us a $3 car wash. how do I get the coin to vacuum

I’ve used this car wash for years and never had a complaint. I went there yesterday to wash my vehicle. I selected the high soap, but no soap came out. I double checked to make sure the nob was pointing to the desired selection and it was. I then went to the office to get the businesses phone number. I called and a recording said, “The the number you dialed is not a working number.” I hope the owner/manager sees this and (1) Will contact me. (2) Will remove the non-working number from the office door and replace it with a working number.

No soap when washing the car, then went to l use hot wax, no wax, no water pressure just a little spewing suds is all I got for $9 and my work.

I was here once before and the self serve wash ate my money. I must have forgotten the pain.I used the vacuum today. It seemed to be on, but picking the pieces of dirt out myself would have been more efficient.I am posting a picture of the after vacuum floor. 4 minutes was used on two areas, front driver's side and the hatch back.The number posted for assistance did not work.

5 years ago this was the only car wash that I used. This is the WORST CAR WASH in Conway. I spent $12 for NOTHING. I wouldn't recommend this place to wash The Radio Flyer Red Wagon, never again

Not a bad car wash place. The only reason for 3 stars is because most of the time you go there is issues that just are never fixed on the self wash side. The brushes have broke hoses so when you use them half of the soap just is leaked out and not even getting on your vehicle. A lot of times the machines don't notice when you put in 4 quarters as well and you end up having to pay 5 or 6 quarters to get it to see it
